The aim is to organize the archival materials of the Communist Magazine scientifically, applying the knowledge gained to the magazine's archival work in ways that have not been achieved before, thereby enhancing the value of the Communist Magazine's archival materials in particular and the resources of the Communist Party of Vietnam's archives in general.

Organize logically the Communist Review's archival documents to put it into practice that has not been performed yet, improve the value of Communist Review's archival documents in particular, and the document sources of Archives Fond of Communist Party Vietnam in general.
