10. Summary of thesis results:
Based on theoretical research and the current state of adaptation of employees to the working environment at FPT-IS, the research topic studies the emotional and behavioral expressions of employees to the working environment inside and outside the profession, the topic also considers the impact of objective and subjective factors on the level of adaptation of employees to the working environment. In which, the factor of awareness of the role of adaptation and the awareness of self-training of employees are the factors that have the strongest impact on the level of adaptation of employees. At the same time, psychological measures are proposed to improve the effectiveness of employee adaptation.
11. Practical application:
The research results of the thesis are a useful reference for employees in particular and managers and departments in charge of organizing training and fostering staff in general to promote the adaptation process of employees to the working environment at FPT-IS enterprise.
12. Further research directions:
If we have the conditions and time, we will research the topic more deeply on adapting workers' psychology to the working environment at some domestic and foreign enterprises in Hanoi.

10. Summary of these results:
Based on theoretical studies and the status of workers adapt to the working environment at FPT-IS business, research topics of emotional expression and the behavior of the employees with the work environment internal and external technique, the thesis also reviews the impact of the objective factors and subjective to a degree of adaptability of the employees with the work environment. In particular, factors that awareness of the role of adaptation and self-discipline consciousness of the workers themselves are the most powerful factors to adapt the level of the employee. At the same time, given the psychological measures to improve the efficiency of workers adapt.
11. Practical applicability:
The research results of the thesis is a useful reference for those particular workers and managers, departments in charge of organizing training and retraining of staff in general to promote the proper application of the employees with the work environment at FPT-IS business.

If we have more conditions and time, we will study the subject more deeply psychological adaptation of the employees with the work environment in a number of domestic and foreign enterprises in Hanoi.
