10. Summary of the thesis results:
Based on theoretical research and the current state of employee adaptation to the work environment at FPT-IS, this study examines the emotional and behavioral aspects of employees in and outside their professional work environment. It also considers the impact of objective and subjective factors on the level of employee adaptation to the work environment. Among these, the awareness of the role of adaptation and the self-improvement mindset of employees are the factors with the strongest impact on the level of employee adaptation. Simultaneously, it proposes psychological measures to enhance the effectiveness of employee adaptation.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings of this thesis serve as a useful reference for employees in particular, and for managers and departments responsible for organizing training and development programs in general, in order to promote the adaptation of employees to the working environment at FPT-IS.
12. Future research directions:
If conditions and time permit, we will conduct further in-depth research on the psychological adaptation of workers to the working environment in several domestic and foreign businesses in Hanoi.

10. Summary of these results:
Based on theoretical studies and the status of workers adapt to the working environment at FPT-IS business, research topics of emotional expression and the behavior of the employees with the work environment internal and external technique, the thesis also reviews the impact of the objective factors and subjective to a degree of adaptability of the employees with the work environment. In particular, factors that awareness of the role of adaptation and self-discipline consciousness of the workers themselves are the most powerful factors to adapt the level of the employee. At the same time, given the psychological measures to improve the efficiency of workers adapt.
11. Practical applicability:
The research results of the thesis is a useful reference for those particular workers and managers, departments in charge of organizing training and retraining of staff in general to promote the proper application of the employees with the work environment at FPT-IS business.

If we have more conditions and time, we will study the subject more deeply psychological adaptation of the employees with the work environment in a number of domestic and foreign enterprises in Hanoi.
