10. Summary of the thesis results:
In mass media, the press plays a crucial role in providing timely information on social issues, including the prevention and control of smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods. Through the press, people are provided with information on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, cases, and models for preventing and combating smuggling and trade fraud, helping them to take timely preventive measures against the new tactics of criminals. The press also plays a role in social supervision and management, shaping public opinion, and is important in reporting on smuggling and trade fraud cases. It disseminates the Party and State's guidelines and policies in the fight against smuggling and trade fraud. As a pioneering force, the press highlights the serious nature of smuggling and trade fraud and the negative consequences it has on society. Therefore, regarding a global issue like e-commerce fraud, mass media in general and online newspapers in particular have continuously and promptly published messages on preventing and combating e-commerce fraud, in order to meet the basic needs of society. Thus, the topic "Messages on the fight against e-commerce fraud in the online newspapers of the Customs and People's Police from 2014 to 2016" will focus on analyzing and clarifying the content of messages on preventing and combating e-commerce fraud in online newspapers, through a survey of the online newspapers of the People's Police and Customs.
Simultaneously, this study also offers several recommendations to improve the way messages about combating commercial fraud are presented on online newspapers. The research results of this thesis contribute to clarifying how the content of anti-fraud messages is presented on online newspapers in general and the two surveyed newspapers in particular. The collected information will be used by the author to analyze and evaluate the current state of message delivery on the issue of combating commercial fraud in the surveyed online newspapers. Based on the research results, the thesis will propose several solutions to improve the effectiveness of the communication content of online newspapers regarding activities to combat commercial fraud.

10. Summary of the thesis's result:
In the mass media, the press plays an important role in communicating in a timely manner about issues in society, including the prevention of smuggling, trade frauds and counterfeiting. Through the press, people are provided with information on the Party's guidelines, lines and policies, the laws of the State, cases and models for preventing and fighting of trade fraud, etc., which help people take measures promptly to prevent and fight with new tricks of criminals. The press also plays the role in social supervision and management, and the direction of public opinion, and plays an important role in reporting on trade frauds. Popularize the lines and propagandize the policies of the Party and the State in the fight against trade frauds. As a pioneer, the press highlights the seriousness of trade frauds, negative consequences that it has on society. Thus, for global issues such as trade frauds, mass media in general and the internet newspapers in particular have consistently posted messages about preventing and fighting such trade frauds, to meet basic needs of the society. Therefore, the theme: “Message on the fight against trade frauds on electronic newspapers of Customs and People's Public Security from 2014 to 2016” will focus on analyzing and clarifying the contents of messages on preventing and fighting trade frauds on
The internet newspapers, through survey of electronic newspapers of Customs and People's Public Security.
At the same time, through this study, the author also made some recommendations to improve the way of expressing message on the fight against trade frauds on the internet newspapers. The research results of this thesis contribute to clarify the way of expressing the contents of fraud prevention messages on online newspapers in general and two examining newspapers in particular. The collected information will be used by the author to analyze and evaluate the current status of message transmission on the fight against trade frauds of the survey electronic newspapers. Based on the results of research, the theme will propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of expressing the contents of the message of electronic media on prevention activities against trade frauds.
