This thesis clarifies theoretical issues regarding mass mobilization, mass mobilization work, and the role and position of mass mobilization work in fulfilling political tasks within the Tuyen Quang City Party Committee.

This study analyzes and demonstrates the pivotal role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in contributing to socio-economic development and ensuring local defense and security; and addresses the issues facing the Party Committee of Tuyen Quang city in improving the organization and personnel of mass mobilization at all levels.

This study examines the factors affecting the organization and staff of mass mobilization work at all levels in Tuyen Quang city; and proposes solutions to improve the functions and tasks of Party organizations, government agencies, the Fatherland Front, and other political and social organizations in the new era.
