10. Summary of thesis results:
- The thesis has established basic theories related to the research object, built a tight and consistent theoretical and conceptual framework, as a basis for studying errors in subordinate constituents before the center of Vietnamese nouns of native French-speaking students.
- The thesis conducted experimental research and surveys through written materials of 160 native French-speaking students with elementary and intermediate Vietnamese proficiency, collected 961 samples of erroneous noun phrases out of a total of 4074 survey samples, accurately described and classified the types of errors in auxiliary elements before the center of Vietnamese noun phrases of native French-speaking students into 6 types of errors: errors in elements indicating unit concepts, errors in the use of the determiner "the", errors in elements indicating quantity, errors in elements indicating general quantity, errors in the order of elements, errors in the shortened form of noun phrases.
- The thesis has accurately analyzed the causes of each type of error based on a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the two pre-central sub-component structures of French and Vietnamese nouns; pointed out two sources of errors in students' learning strategies: errors due to interference of French - Vietnamese noun knowledge and errors due to difficulties in acquiring specific knowledge about grammatical methods of word order, word types and semantic compatibility between word types and central nouns in Vietnamese nouns.
- The thesis also proposed pedagogical solutions to overcome errors in accordance with modern teaching methods.
11. Practical application:
The results of the study on pre-central subordinate clause errors in Vietnamese nouns of native French-speaking students will be applied to the preparation of lectures related to nouns with appropriate adjustments to improve the effectiveness of teaching Vietnamese as a foreign language to native French-speaking students at the Alexandre Yersin French School in Hanoi.
12. Further research directions:
In the future, the author of the thesis can continue to conduct experimental research to develop solutions to overcome the errors of auxiliary components before the center of Vietnamese nouns of native French students in a systematic and scientifically rigorous manner.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
- The thesis has defined the basic theories related to research subjects, built the framework of the theory and the strict, consistent basis for the research on errors in the predeterminer of Vietnamese noun phrases of French native speaker students.
- The thesis was carried out practical research, surveyed through written sources of 160 French native speaker students at the elementary and pre-intermediate level of Vietnamese efficiency, collected 961 noun phrase errors of 4074 surveyed samples, described and classified exactly the types of errors of French native speaker students in the predeterminer of Vietnamese noun phrases into 6 types of errors: the errors in subordinate element denoting the unit occupied by a classifier, the errors in subordinate element “the” denoting demonstrative, the errors in subordinate element denoting quantity, the errors in subordinate element denoting “all”, the errors in the order of subordinate elements, the errors in using the short form of a noun phrase.
- The thesis correctly analyzes the causes of each type of errors on the basis of a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the structures of the subordinate elements standing before the nucleus noun in the French and Vietnamese noun phrases and identifying the causes of errors in the student's learning strategy which are: i) the interlingual errors (interference in knowledge of French – Vietnamese noun phrases) ii) the intralingual errors coming from the difficulty of acquiring specific knowledge of Vietnamese noun phrases such as the syntax based on the word order, the presence of the functional word calling the classifier, the semantic matching between the classifier and the nucleus noun.
- The thesis also proposed solutions to overcome the errors in accordance with modern teaching methods.
12. Practical applicability:
The results of the research on errors in the predeterminer of Vietnamese noun phrases will be applied to the compilation of noun-related lectures with appropriate adjustments in order to improve efficiency of teaching Vietnamese as a foreign language to French native speaker students at the French school Alexandre Yersin in Hanoi.
13. Further research directions:
In the future, the author of the thesis will continue to carry out more research in order to develop solutions to overcome errors in the predeterminer of Vietnamese noun phrases of French native speaker students in a systematic way which will have strong scientific proof.
