Vietnam and China are both multi-ethnic countries with many ethnic groups living together. One of the characteristics of ethnic minorities in both countries is that they often live in separate areas and there is a mixture of ethnic groups in the highlands and they still maintain normal travel relationships with methods such as: intermarriage, trading with each other, visiting relatives and friends, religious activities, beliefs, etc. These relationships in recent years have had a positive impact due to economic development, making social relations between ethnic minorities in border areas develop smoothly and affecting the development of friendly relations between the two countries. Among the four important factors that have a profound impact on ethnic minority relations in the China-Vietnam border areas, namely customs, religions and beliefs, policies of the two countries and economy, ethnic relations and ethnic customs have the most obvious mutual influence.
In addition, the policies of countries, economies, the level of construction and development of border areas as well as the living standards of border residents, the correlation with other cross-border ethnic groups in border areas, trade activities and the process of industrialization and modernization... can also easily affect the stability of cross-border ethnic minorities. For China and Vietnam, building ethnic tourism villages to expand border relations, develop the economy of border areas, and at the same time preserve and promote the unique culture of ethnic minorities. The framework of "two corridors and one belt" creates opportunities for promoting the tourism potential of Yunnan Province, China and northern Vietnam.
China and Vietnam are both led by the Communist Party and share the same ideology, so a friendly and harmonious relationship is needed for economic development. Similar socio-economic development models require the two countries to increase exchanges and cooperation with each other. The relationship between China and Vietnam must be one of equality, mutual benefit, friendly neighbors, active cooperation, and mutual development.
11. Practical application:
From a cultural perspective, the thesis attempts to synthesize and analyze a variety of documents on the relationship between ethnic groups across the border in Yunnan Province, China and Ha Giang Province, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam, and to make comments on the significance of cooperation and the feasibility of exploiting tourism resources in the border area, within the framework of cooperation "Two corridors, one economic belt". The thesis hopes that the predictions of the trends of the relationship between ethnic groups in the China-Vietnam border area, especially tourism cooperation, will become a reality.

Vietnam and China are the multi-ethnic countries with lots of ethnic groups living together. One of the characteristics of compatriots of ethnic regions in two countries is that they often live into separate zones and the interlacement between ethnic groups in mountainous areas. And keep the relationship in some ways, such as marriage, business, visit relatives and friends, religious activities you so on. For recent years, these relations have promoted positively the economic development and made the social relations between ethnic regions in the border area develop favorably, even they have influenced on friendly relations development of the two countries. There are four important factors that affect the social relations between ethnic areas of China and Vietnam, rather are customs, religion, national policies, and economic respectively. In addition, national policies, economic, the Development and construction, quality of lifein the border area, some trade activities, industrializationand modernization process… there are easy to affect stability of cross-border ethnic groups.
For Vietnam and China, an ethnic tourist village should be built in order to broaden the relation of border area and to develop the economy of the border area, at the same time it can preserve and maintain the unique cultures of ethnic areas. The framework “2 corridors 1 belt” creates an opportunity to maintain the tourist potentialities of Yunnan, China and the North of Vietnam.
Vietnam and China are led by communist parties, and have same ideology, thus the probability of separating the relations of two countries is very small.
