- The thesis has gone through the process of research and survey to discover the reception of Molière's plays in Vietnam in terms of translation, research - criticism, teaching and the influence of Molière's plays in the works of 3 Vietnamese playwrights.

- The thesis emphasizes that Molière's plays have had a significant influence on the formation and development of Vietnamese drama.
