10. Summary of thesis results:

This thesis surveys information on foreign direct investment (FDI) published in the Hai Phong and Quang Ninh online newspapers from March 2016 to March 2017. It includes in-depth interviews with FDI leaders and managers, foreign investors, media leaders, and online journalists specializing in FDI information. Based on this, the thesis identifies the factors determining the quality of FDI information in local media; the successes and limitations of the Hai Phong and Quang Ninh online newspapers in producing news articles and reports on FDI. Through these in-depth interviews, the thesis highlights investors' concerns and information needs regarding the media; and the advantages and difficulties faced by local newspapers in gathering and producing news articles on FDI. The thesis affirms that local media, particularly online newspapers, have a significant advantage in reporting on FDI. Therefore, stemming from the difficulties and challenges in disseminating FDI information and the limitations of local media, the author proposes solutions to improve the quality of FDI information in local newspapers.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The thesis on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) information survey on Hai Phong electronic newspaper, Quang Ninh electronic newspaper period from March 2016 to March 2017; interviews with leaders, managers of FDI, foreign investors, leaders of press agencies, reporters for FDI information. Since then, the thesis has shown the determinants of the quality of FDI information in local newspapers; the successes and disadvantages of Hai Phong electronic newspaper and Quang Ninh electronic newspaper in the production of news and articles on FDI. Through interviews, the thesis shows investors' concern and demand for the media; advantages and disadvantages of local newspapers in finding information and news production on FDI. The thesis affirmed the local newspapers with the type of electronic newspapers has superiority on FDI information. Hence, due to difficulties and challenges in the process of FDI information and the limitations of local newspapers, the author proposes solutions to improve the quality of FDI information in the local newspapers.
