With 3 chapters of content in the thesis, through the skills of analyzing the differences and innovations in the digital television production process; through the method of surveying, analyzing and evaluating the current status of the program production process of local Radio and Television Stations through the survey of Hai Phong and Lao Cai Radio and Television Stations, clarifying the innovations - advantages - limitations that still exist in the program production process and the challenges of local Radio and Television Stations when switching to digitalization; at the same time, giving recommendations, solutions and proposals to improve the efficiency of the program production process of local Radio and Television Stations in the digitalization roadmap, in line with the inevitable development trend of domestic and international television.
