10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis clarifies the factors affecting the leadership of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee in developing agricultural economy and the agricultural economic situation of Lao Cai province before 2000; clarifies the process by which the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee applied the Party's guidelines and policies on agricultural economic development to the practical situation of Lao Cai province and the process of directing agricultural economic development in the province from 2000 to 2015; offers some observations on the advantages and limitations and draws some key lessons from the practical experience of the Party Committee in leading agricultural economic development, contributing to the successful implementation of the Party's agricultural economic development policies in the new context.

11. Practical applications:

It can be used as a teaching reference at the Provincial Political School; to serve in compiling the History of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee; and, drawing on experiences from the leadership process, to contribute to improving the effectiveness of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's leadership.

The thesis has clarified several key factors that influence the leadership task of agricultural economic development of Lao Cai Provincial Party Leadership before 2000; clarifying Lao Cai Provincial Party Leadership 's process of applying guidelines of agricultural economy development to the real situation of Lao Cai Province, giving guidelines for agricultural economy development throughout Lao Cai province from 2000 to 2015; making some comments on advantages and drawbacks in order to draw some experiences gained from practices of agricultural economy development of Lao Cai Provincial Party Leadership, contributing actively to implementation of agricultural economy development guidelines of our Party in the new period.
