The thesis has clarified the factors affecting the leadership of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee in agricultural economic development and the agricultural economic situation of Lao Cai Province before 2000; clarified the process of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee applying the Party's policies and guidelines on agricultural economic development to the reality of Lao Cai Province and the process of directing agricultural economic development in the province by the Party Committee from 2000 to 2015; made some comments on the advantages, limitations and drew some key experiences from the practical leadership of the Party Committee in agricultural economic development, contributing to the good implementation of the Party's policy on agricultural economic development in the new situation.

Can be used as a reference document for teaching at the Provincial Political School; serving the compilation of the History of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee; from the experiences drawn from the leadership process, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the leadership of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.

The thesis has clarified several key factors that influence the leadership task of agricultural economic development of Lao Cai Provincial Party Leadership before 2000; clarifying Lao Cai Provincial Party Leadership 's process of applying guidelines of agricultural economy development to the real situation of Lao Cai Province, giving guidelines for agricultural economy development throughout Lao Cai province from 2000 to 2015; making some comments on advantages and drawbacks in order to draw some experiences gained from practices of agricultural economy development of Lao Cai Provincial Party Leadership, contributing actively to implementation of agricultural economy development guidelines of our Party in the new period.
