10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis surveys and conducts in-depth interviews with young audiences of two universities, Vietnam Maritime University and Hai Phong University; conducts in-depth interviews with the leaders of these two universities, thereby analyzing and evaluating the level of access to press information via social networks of Hai Phong youth. The thesis conducts in-depth interviews with the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnamnet Electronic Newspaper and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hai Phong Newspaper to evaluate the strategies of press agencies for young audiences and develop methods of approaching young audiences via Facebook. The thesis has shown that accessing press information via social networks is an inevitable trend in the world, in Vietnam and Hai Phong city. However, in order to attract and build trust for the public, press agencies need to develop press products that focus on content and solutions; change the presentation format, and aim to build an editorial office according to a multimedia communication model.

11. Practical application:

All newsrooms can refer to the content of the thesis to develop strategies to reach young audiences via social networks. Vietnam News Agency's domestic offices will use this content to build a team of professional Fanpage creators.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

The work on the topic is prepared by the author as the journalist. The findings, interpretations, and conclusions expressed in this report are entirely those of the author, that made out from information gathered through a numbers of survey, such as questionnaire; intensive interviews with samples groups & individuals aged young , living in Hai Phong City, two secrets of Youth union Communism Vietnam Maritime University and Hai Phong University.

The report focuses on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the question to level of accessibility to information via social network of the youth from Hai Phong Province- Vietnam. Gratefully acknowledge the valuable contribution to the findings of this report extended to Deputy Editor- in- Chief of Vietnam net Newspaper and Deputy Editor- In- Chief of Hai Phong Newspaper by their answers about their strategies to young readers to meet the tendency. Conclusions: The logical conclusion made out from this thesis is what the reading news on Facebook instead of traditional newspapers becomes an unavoidable tendency in the world and especially in Vietnam and Haiphong city. Facebook users get news through the site. However, young readers in Hai Phong city may need deeply information about sectors. On Facebook these choices are made by algorithms, which can monitor users' interests and then “feed” them what it believes they wish to read while filtering out material they are supposed not to want. Therefore to meet this sophisticated targeting to withdraw faithful interest the readers the traditional newspapers should enhance their capacity in both format & content , upgrading the design, applying advance media means towards a multimedia traditional agency in the near future.

The report may serve as comprehensive reference for newspapers agency to build their public outreach strategy for young readers through social network; and propose additional reference information for agency to train up their team of professional Fanpages developers

The trends of using social media network at top press agencies in Vietnam when they follow the digital communication model.
