The Thesis focuses on the reality of organization and production of radio and television programs which are cooperated between Quang Ninh Radio and Televison (QTV) and foreign partners. Through in-depth analysis of the reality, the author has pointed out positive aspects, disadvantages. Based on this, the authorproposed suitable solutions to facilitate organizing and production effectiveness of these programs in the coming time, contributing to improving the quality of cooperation programs with foreign partners and other QTV programs.
