10. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis systematically examines general theoretical issues concerning online journalism and Vietnam's public debt, while also researching theories on the relationship between journalism and public debt in Vietnam. It applies theories of online journalism to develop arguments regarding the dissemination of information about public debt through online media in Vietnam.
This thesis surveys and evaluates the current state of information and communication activities regarding Vietnam's public debt on online newspapers such as Nhan Dan, Vietnam Economic Times, and Vietnam Financial Times. The thesis identifies objective and subjective causes, difficulties and advantages, strengths, and shortcomings to provide managers and media organizations with a basis for planning activities to improve the quality of this information in Vietnamese media.
The thesis has proposed a range of solutions, both micro and macro, to further improve the effectiveness of media coverage of Vietnam's public debt.
11. Practical applications:
In practical terms, this topic is expected to become a useful source of information for state management agencies, public finance management agencies, newspaper editorial offices, journalists, reporters, lecturers and students of journalism schools, and anyone interested in economic and financial issues, specifically public debt in Vietnam, in online newspapers in particular and journalism in general.
12. Future research directions:
Besides the results analyzed and mentioned above, the thesis still has certain limitations and shortcomings, such as: not fully surveying all types of media, only focusing on online newspapers, and the survey scale is not broad enough. Therefore, the next research direction of the thesis will be to expand the survey to other types of media, with deeper quantitative research, reflecting the effectiveness of information and communication work on public debt in the Vietnamese press through the study of readers' opinions and public opinion.

Thesis has studied the general theoretical problem of Newspaper online, Vietnam's public debt is a systematic way, while studying the theory of the relationship between the press and the public debt in Vietnam, using theory of Newspaper online for propaganda makes the point about public debt on Newspaper online in Vietnam.
Thesis survey to assess the status and operation of information and communication on the public debt of Vietnam on the Newspaper online: People, Vietnam Economic Times, Financial Times Vietnam. Thesis points out the objective reasons and subjective, the difficulties and advantages, advantages and aspects exist to help managers, the press agency basis to plan activities to improve high quality on press activities in Vietnam.
Thread made recommendations with solutions both micro and macro to continue improving public debt management and communication issues in the media about the public debt a more effective way.

13. Further study orientation:
Besides the results were analyzed and discussed above, the thesis is still limited, as no certain restriction: the complete survey of the type of press, which only stops at various newspapers Prince, size yet broad survey. Therefore, further research direction of this project is to expand the survey to other forms of media, with further quantitative research, reflecting the effectiveness of information dissemination and propaganda of public debt in the press in Vietnam through research opinions of readers, the public opinion.
