10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has systematically studied general theoretical issues about Electronic Newspapers and Public Debt of Vietnam, and at the same time studied theories about the relationship between the press and public debt in Vietnam, applying the theory of electronic newspapers to put forward propaganda arguments about public debt on electronic newspapers in Vietnam.
The thesis surveys and evaluates the current status of information and propaganda activities on Vietnam's public debt in electronic newspapers: Nhan Dan, Vietnam Economic Times, Vietnam Financial Times. The thesis points out the objective and subjective causes, difficulties, advantages and disadvantages, advantages and shortcomings to help managers and press agencies have a basis to plan activities to improve the quality of these activities in the Vietnamese press.
The thesis has proposed groups of solutions both at the micro and macro levels to further improve the effectiveness of press information on Vietnam's public debt.
11. Practical application:
In practice, the topic is expected to become a useful source of reference information for state management agencies, public finance management agencies, newspaper editorial offices, journalists, reporters, lecturers and students of journalism training schools and those interested in economic and financial issues, specifically public debt in Vietnam in electronic newspapers in particular and the press in general.
12. Further research directions:
In addition to the results as analyzed and mentioned above, the thesis still has certain limitations and shortcomings such as: not fully surveying all types of press, but only stopping at the electronic press, the survey scale is not wide. Therefore, the next research direction of the topic is to expand the survey to other types of press, with deeper quantitative studies, reflecting the effectiveness of information and propaganda work on public debt in the press in Vietnam through research on readers' opinions and public opinion.
