- Theoretical aspects: This thesis is a research study on the current state of the organizational structure and personnel involved in the archiving of scientific research documents, including archiving activities such as collection, arrangement, valuation, preservation, statistics, and exploitation and use of scientific research documents at the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. From this, it analyzes and evaluates the advantages, causes of existing problems, and obstacles in practice. The recommendations of this thesis are hoped to bring practical results in improving legal documents and enhancing the efficiency of organizing the archiving and exploitation and use of scientific research documents at the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

The thesis is a research project about the realities of organization of apparatus and personnel in which the scientific research documents are archived, and archived activities such as collecting, readjusting, determining valuation, preserving, totaling up the data, exploiting and using the scientific research documents of Vietnam Academy of Sciences and Technology. From all that to analyze and assess the positives and negatives in reality. With these things I hope that my study will bring out necessary results to complete the legal documents and enhance the effective archive organization and exploitation and use of the scientific research documents of Vietnam Academy of Sciences and Technology.
