From there, analyze and evaluate the advantages, causes of existence, and problems in practice. The recommendations of the topic are expected to bring practical results in perfecting legal documents and improving the efficiency of organizing the archiving, exploiting and using scientific research documents of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

The thesis is a research project about the realities of organization of apparatus and personnel in which the scientific research documents are archived, and archived activities such as collecting, readjusting, determining valuation, preserving, totaling up the data, exploiting and using the scientific research documents of Vietnam Academy of Sciences and Technology. From all that to analyze and assess the positives and negatives in reality. With these things I hope that my study will bring out necessary results to complete the legal documents and enhance the effective archive organization and exploitation and use of the scientific research documents of Vietnam Academy of Sciences and Technology.
