The thesis has clarified the theoretical issue of copyright monopoly of pay TV programs in Vietnam through a survey of 3 pay TV systems: VTC, AVG and K+. From scientific research, data analysis, interviews with many experts in the field of pay TV, the thesis has proposed practical solutions to prevent monopoly in the purchase and sale of television copyright.

11. Practical application:

With the data collected from the actual survey and the proposed solutions, the research results of the thesis contribute to helping businesses operating in the field of pay TV to find their own solutions so that business activities as well as press information activities have a right direction, beneficial for both service recipients and service providers. Managers and policy makers can have more new perspectives on the issue of monopoly and more solutions to more closely manage this type in Vietnam.

- Research on the localization of foreign copyrights on the Vietnamese pay TV system.
