This thesis clarifies the theoretical issues of the monopoly on television broadcasting rights in Vietnam through a survey of three pay-TV systems: VTC, AVG, and K+. Based on scientific research, data analysis, and interviews with numerous experts in the pay-TV field, the thesis proposes practical solutions to prevent monopolies in the buying and selling of television broadcasting rights.

From scientific research, data analysis, interviews with many experts, the thesis has proposed practical solutions to prevent monopoly in the sale of television rights.
