In general, workers at leather shoe export companies in Hai Phong have an average level of job satisfaction.

Basically, the salary and benefits from the company meet the needs of the workers. The company's management also creates trust for the team of workers. The relationship between workers and colleagues is quite good. The working environment and the nature of the work bring comfort and satisfaction to the workers. The satisfaction of workers with the evaluation and motivation work is also high.

In addition, the rate of workers who perceive themselves to have opportunities for training and advancement within the company is still low. Workers also face some difficulties in career development orientation or have little time to participate in recreational activities. In addition, workers also have many desires to improve their jobs such as: receiving salary increases; being paid fairly; being given opportunities to improve their qualifications, etc.
