Overall, workers at export footwear companies in Hai Phong have an average level of job satisfaction.

Basically, the company's salaries and benefits meet the needs of the workers. The company's management has also earned the trust of the workforce. Worker relationships with colleagues are quite good. The work environment and nature of the job provide comfort and satisfaction to the workers. Workers' satisfaction with performance evaluations and motivation is also high.

Furthermore, the percentage of workers who perceive themselves as having opportunities for training and advancement within the company is still low. Workers also face some difficulties in career development orientation or have little time to participate in recreational activities. In addition, workers also have many desires to improve their jobs, such as: increased salaries and bonuses; fair compensation; and opportunities to improve their skills…

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this thesis can provide practical solutions and measures to enhance job satisfaction among workers, fostering greater employee loyalty to the company, thereby increasing labor productivity in footwear manufacturing businesses. This, in turn, creates favorable conditions for businesses to increase revenue and contribute to the development of the national economy.

If possible, the level of worker satisfaction should be specifically measured after the company implements the changes to the worker satisfaction promotion measures proposed in this study.

Essentially, workers in the leather shoes export company in Hai Phong have medium- satisfaction level.

Basically, wages and benefits from the company to meet the needs of works. Company's leaderships also create trust for workers. The relationship between workers and colleagues are very good. Employee satisfaction with the assessment, mobilization achieved higher rates.

The research results of the thesis can come up with practical as well as measures to enhance job satisfaction of workers , help workers get on with the company , thereby increasing manufacturing productivity business for companies producing footwear . Thereby creating the conditions for businesses to increase sales and contribute to the country's economy grows.

If there may be specific measurement of the level of worker satisfaction after the Company to change the measures to promote job satisfaction of workers that topic proposed.
