The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents:

Chapter 1. Legal and theoretical basis for organizing and managing records and archives at K Hospital.

In this Chapter 1, we present the legal and theoretical basis for the organization and management of archival records and documents at K Hospital. The basic contents presented and analyzed include the volume, content, composition, and significance of archival documents generated during the operation of K Hospital; and the responsibilities, principles, and content regarding the organization and management of archival records and documents at K Hospital.

Chapter 2. Current Status of Archival Record and Document Management at K Hospital

In Chapter 2, we focus on describing and evaluating the current state of organization and management of records and archives at K Hospital, with basic contents such as: the leadership's policy on organizing and managing records and documents; the development, issuance, and guidance of regulations; the assignment and placement of staff; the organization of record and document management; the application of science and technology to record and document management; and the organization of staff training and the awarding of commendations and rewards in the field of archiving at K Hospital.

Chapter 3. Solutions for effective management of records and documents at K Hospital

Based on the observations and analyses in Chapter 2, Chapter 3 of this thesis proposes several specific solutions for organizing and managing the archives of K Hospital as follows: firstly, raising awareness among leaders and staff in the hospital regarding archive management; secondly, improving the system of regulations on professional archiving; thirdly, paying more attention to the organization of the structure and the allocation of specialized personnel for archiving; fourthly, increasing investment in infrastructure and applying scientific and technological achievements to archiving work; fifthly, developing a standardized process for managing archives; and sixthly, innovating related tasks in archive management.

This research topic is a valuable resource for management at K Hospital to apply in organizing and managing records and archives throughout K Hospital, as well as in other central-level hospitals. It also contributes to strengthening the theoretical foundation of organizing and managing records and documents generated during hospital operations, providing useful information for students, trainees, or researchers studying the organization and management of hospital records and archives.

In the first chapter, we will present the legal foundation and theoretical basis of managing documents, archived at National Cancer Hospital. All the presented and analyzed contents are mass, content, components and meaning of archives which were formed in the operation of National Cancer Hospital; responsibility, principles and content of organizing, documents - archives managing of National Cancer Hospital.

Chapter 2. The actual situation of managing documents, archives at National Cancer Hospital

In the second chapter, we focus on description, evaluating the actual situation of organizing, managing documents and archives at National Cancer Hospital with the following: The advocate of executive board of National Cancer Hospital towards managing documents, archives; promulgating, conducting to implement the regulatory documents; assigning servants; organizing the managing documents, archives; applying science and technology in managing documents, archives; training servants and organizing the emulation and rewards in the field of archives of National Cancer Hospital.

Chapter 3. Solutions for efficiently managing documents, archives at National Cancer Hospital

As analysis in Chapter 2, the Chapter 3 of Master's Thesis proposes some particular solutions in organizing, managing documents, archives of National Cancer Hospital with the following: first, enhancing the cognition of executive board, servants of National Cancer Hostpital in managing documents, archives; second, completing the system of regulatory documents in specialty and profession of archiving; third, concerning organizing and assigning people who have the ability of archiving; fourth, enhancing in investing facilities and applying the achievements of science and technology in archiving; fifth, creating the process of managing documents, archives to unify the professional competence; sixth, changing the professional competence which relates to managing documents, archives.

11. Practical applicability, if any:
