The thesis focuses on analyzing the current status of the Vietnam - Thailand strategic partnership from 2013 to present and the prospects of this relationship. The thesis uses the method of documentation, collecting and systematizing documents to clarify the theoretical and practical basis of establishing the Vietnam - Thailand strategic partnership, studying the factors affecting this relationship. At the same time, the thesis clarifies the current status of the Vietnam - Thailand strategic partnership in key areas such as politics - diplomacy, trade and investment, security - defense, culture - tourism, human resource exchange and other areas, thereby evaluating and giving some suggestions for promoting the Vietnam - Thailand relationship in the coming time.

11. Practical application:

The thesis contributes more theoretical basis for the analysis of bilateral relations, especially the relationship between Vietnam and Thailand in the ASEAN region; depicts a comprehensive picture of the strategic partnership between the two countries from 2013 to present, from which we can see more clearly the development process of diplomatic relations between the two countries in general. In terms of documents, the thesis gathers domestic and foreign reference documents, related to many issues and fields of the relationship between Thailand and Vietnam since the two countries established a strategic partnership in 2013 for research and analysis, and at the same time contributes to the treasure trove of research documents on the relationship between the two countries.
