10. Summary of the thesis results:
Over the past period, district-level archives have made significant contributions to building and developing the reputation and quality of the archival sector, enhancing the immense value of archival documents in various aspects of social life. However, alongside these achievements, district-level archives have been and are facing many shortcomings and limitations such as: some regulations in documents are inconsistent and unclear; the system of issued documents overlaps; some content of later documents contradicts previously issued documents. In addition, the continuous changes in names, functions, tasks, and managing agencies have made the operation of district-level archives unstable, and the physical infrastructure is still lacking... This leads to a lack of uniformity in the organization and state management of archival work at the district level. Without addressing the aforementioned limitations, district-level archives will not only seriously impact the administrative and operational activities of the district level but also affect the organization and management of the Vietnamese archival sector today.
Complete the project"Organization and management of archives at the district, town, and city levels within provinces"We focused our survey and research on the following issues:
- Firstly, clarify the organizational structure of the state apparatus at the district level, and based on that, provide an overview of the components, content, volume, and value of archival documents within this system;
- Secondly, the study reflects and evaluates the current state of organization and state management of archival work at the district level, while also identifying the advantages, limitations, and causes of this problem;
- Thirdly, based on observations and assessments of the current situation, propose solutions regarding the organization and state management of archival work at the district level to achieve high efficiency.
Based on the information gathered from our survey of district-level archives, we reflect on and assess the current state of state organization and management of district-level archives in aspects such as: archival organizational structure; archival personnel; implementation of documents on archival work; unified management of archival expertise and practices; unified management of archival documents; arrangement of physical facilities; training and professional development in archival work; and the relationship between district-level and commune-level archives in the current period. Based on this current situation, we identify shortcomings, their causes, and propose solutions to improve the capacity and effectiveness of state organization and management of district-level archives.
11. Practical applications: The research report of this project is a product that can be applied to the organization and management of archives in districts, towns, and cities within provinces. At the same time, it can also be used as teaching, learning, reference, and research material for lecturers and students in universities, colleges, and vocational schools that offer Archival Studies programs or related to Archival Studies, or as a reference material for archival staff in various agencies.

11. Summary of results of the thesis:
Sarchive in district level in recent years has important contribution to the construction, quality and reputation development of operations of archive sector, it enhances the tremendous valuea of archival documents in all fields of social life. However, besides the achievements, archive in district level has faced many limitations and limitations: some provisions in the documents inconsistent, unclear; the system of issued documents overlaps; some of the contents of the later documents deny those of previously promulgated documents. Together with it, the constant changes in names, functions, tasks and management agencies make operations of district level archive unstable, lacking facilities ... Consequently, it leads to a lack of unity in the organization and management of the state of archival work in district level. Without measures to address the above limitations, the archival work in district level not only seriously affects the operations of the management and administration of district level, but also affects the organization, management of archive sector of Vietnam today.
In the process of implementing the topic“Organization and management of archive within districts, towns and provincial cities”we focused on investigating and studying the following issues:
- First, clarify the organizational system of district-level state apparatus, and on that basis present a brief overview on components, contents, volume and value of archival documents of this system;
- Second, the study reflects, assesses the status of the state's current organization and management of the archival work in district level and indicates the advantages, limitations and causes of this problem;
- Third, based on the comments, the assessment of the situation, propose solutions for the state organization and management of archival work in district level to bring about high efficiency.
With the information gathered through the survey of archive in district level, we reflect, assess the status of the current organization and management of the state on district archive in aspects such as the organization of the archive; archive personnel; organization of the implementation in the documents on archival work; unified management of archival professions; unified management of archival documents; facility layout; facility layout; training and retraining of professions of archival work; relationship between archive and archive in district and commune level in the current period. Based on this reality, we point out the inadequacies, the causes of the problem and propose solutions to improve the capacity and efficiency of the organization and management of the state on archive in district level.
12. Applicability in reality: Report of scientific research of topic is the product that can be adopted for the organization and management of archive in districts, towns and provincial cities. At the same time, it can be used as teaching and learning materials, for reference, researches of tutors and students in universities, colleges or vocational schools training Archive major or majors related to archive work or references for archive officials in the agencies.
