Summary of Thesis Results: The research results of this thesis indicate that most students at Hue University of Science have a correct understanding of the importance and necessity of soft skills for them. Therefore, the majority of students have a need to learn soft skills within the university's official training program. Regarding the current state of soft skills learning: according to students' assessments, the level of soft skills such as communication skills, teamwork skills, presentation skills, learning and self-learning skills, effective time management skills, etc., is currently at an average level. However, the level of soft skills among students varies. This difference is due to factors such as the number of accumulated credits, the training major, and the students' career orientation.

11. Practical applications: Several recommendations are proposed to enhance students' awareness and soft skills through the university's training activities, innovative teaching methods for lecturers, and improved learning methods for students.

12. Future research directions: Solutions for equipping students with soft skills.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

This thesis shows that the majority of Hue University of students are aware of the importance and the necessity of soft sciences to them. Thus, most of them have needs to learn soft skills in the University programs. About the real situation of their soft skills learning, they are average at soft skills such as communication,presentation,teamworking, self study, time management, etc. However, there are differences in
soft skills levels between groups of students. Many factors such as their credit accumulation, major, and job orientation lead to the differences.
