The thesis consists of three chapters, structured as follows: Introduction, content of Chapters 1, 2, and 3, Conclusion, References, and Appendix.
Chapter 1 addresses theoretical and practical issues concerning international cooperation in tourism promotion. The author defines the concepts of international cooperation, tourism promotion, and international cooperation in tourism promotion. Chapter 1 also summarizes the factors influencing international cooperation in tourism promotion, outlines the conditions for developing international cooperation in tourism promotion, and shares experiences from several countries in the region.
Chapter 2 of the thesis focuses on the current state of international cooperation in Vietnam's tourism promotion activities. The author provides an overview of Vietnamese tourism, highlighting the characteristics of tourism promotion activities through a synthesis of the content of these activities and the results achieved in the past. Chapter 2 also analyzes the current state of international cooperation in Vietnam's tourism promotion activities. The thesis also evaluates some results of international cooperation in tourism promotion. Furthermore, the author analyzes the SWOT model of international cooperation in Vietnam's tourism promotion activities, which identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
Chapter 3 of the thesis outlines directions and solutions to enhance international cooperation in tourism promotion in Vietnam. In addition to the directions for tourism promotion activities and international cooperation in tourism promotion, the author proposes several solutions such as: reforming the promotion process and building specific international cooperation strategies for each target market entity; selecting appropriate forms, content, and partners for international cooperation in tourism development; building, training, and developing human resources for international cooperation in tourism promotion; establishing flexible and appropriate mechanisms and policies for international cooperation in tourism development; improving and enhancing the capacity for international cooperation in tourism promotion; and strengthening international cooperation activities in tourism promotion.
The author also put forward several recommendations to enhance international cooperation in tourism promotion in Vietnam.

Practical Applications: Through the content of this thesis, the author hopes to apply the findings in practice, specifically as follows: contributing to the reform of the promotion process and the development of specific international cooperation strategies for each entity in the target market; applying the findings to the selection of appropriate forms, content, and partners in international cooperation for tourism development; applying the findings to the development, training, and nurturing of human resources for international cooperation in tourism promotion; applying the findings to the development of flexible and appropriate mechanisms and policies for international cooperation in Vietnam's tourism development; contributing to the improvement and enhancement of capacity for international cooperation in tourism promotion; and applying the findings to strengthen international cooperation activities in Vietnam's tourism promotion.

Thesis consists of 03 chapters and has a structure as follows: introduction, the content of chapter 1, chapter 2, chapter 3, conclusion, references and appendices.
Chapter 1 refers to the theoretical issues and practical international cooperation in tourism promotion. The author mentioned the concepts of international cooperation, promotion of tourism, international cooperation in tourism promotion.
Also in Chapter 1, the author synthesizes the factors affecting the operation of international cooperation in tourism promotion, stating the conditions for the development of international cooperation in promoting tourism and experiences of some countries in the region.
Chapter 2 of the thesis focuses on the current situation of international cooperation in tourism promotion activities in Vietnam. The author has presented an overview of tourism in Vietnam, stating the characteristics of tourism promotion activities in Vietnam through the synthesis of tourism promotion activities and the results, which have been achieved in recent years.
The author also analyzes the real situation of international cooperation in tourism promotion activities in Vietnam. Thesis has evaluated a number of results in international cooperation in promoting tourism. The author also points out a number of recommendations to enhance the international cooperation in tourism promotion in Vietnam.
