10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis clarifies some theoretical issues about the Vietnamese working class and the intellectualization of Vietnamese workers today. Presents an overview of the Hanoi working class and the role of the Hanoi working class. Presents the achievements of the intellectualization process of the Hanoi working class, thereby analyzing the issues arising in the intellectualization process of workers in Hanoi during the period of promoting industrialization and modernization. Proposes some basic solutions to promote the intellectualization process of workers in Hanoi today in order to further enhance the role of the Hanoi working class during the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country.

11. Practical applicability: Can be used as a document and scientific argument for the Hanoi City Labor Federation and managers in enterprises to refer to in formulating policies and strategies to promote intellectual workers. In addition, the thesis can be used as a reference document for teaching, learning and research related to the working class.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis clarifies some theoretical issues on the working class in Vietnam and intellectualization of Vietnamese workers nowadays, presents an overview of workers in Hanoi and their roles, shows achievements in intellectualization process of workers in Hanoi, accordingly analyzing issues raised in the process of intellectualizing workers in Hanoi in the period of industrialization and modernization. Besides, the thesis proposes some basic solutions to step up the process of intellectualizing workers in Hanoi in order to enhance worker's roles in Hanoi in the period of speeding up industrialization and modernization.
