10. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis clarifies several theoretical issues concerning the Vietnamese working class and the intellectualization of Vietnamese workers today. It provides an overview of the Hanoi workforce and their role. It presents the achievements of the intellectualization process of the Hanoi workforce, and from there analyzes the challenges posed in the intellectualization of workers in Hanoi during the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization. Finally, it proposes several fundamental solutions to further enhance the intellectualization of workers in Hanoi today, aiming to further improve the role of the Hanoi workforce during the period of accelerated industrialization and modernization of the country.

11. Practical applications: This thesis can serve as a scientific document and argument for the Hanoi City Federation of Labor and managers in enterprises to refer to when formulating policies to promote the intellectualization of workers. In addition, the thesis can serve as a reference material for teaching, learning, and research related to the working class.

12. Future research directions: After the completion of this thesis, the author hopes to continue researching and developing the topic to further enhance the role of the workforce in Hanoi.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis clarifies some theoretical issues on the working class in Vietnam and intellectualization of Vietnamese workers nowadays, presents an overview of workers in Hanoi and their roles, shows achievements in intellectualization process of workers in Hanoi, accordingly analyzing issues raised in the process of intellectualizing workers in Hanoi in the period of industrialization and modernization. Besides, the thesis proposes some basic solutions to step up the process of intellectualizing workers in Hanoi in order to enhance worker's roles in Hanoi in the period of speeding up industrialization and modernization.

12. Practical applicability, if any: The thesis can act as a scientific foundation for the Hanoi City Confederation of Labor, managers in enterprises so that they can propose policies on enhancing intellectualization for workers. In addition, the thesis may be a reference serving the teaching, learning and research related to the working class.

13. Further research directions, if any: After completing this subject, the author hopes to continue research and development topics in the study in order to enhance worker's roles in Hanoi in the period of speeding up industrialization and modernization.
