In addition to the introduction and conclusion, our thesis has 3 chapters in total:

Chapter 1: Overviewlocation,Functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure of General Department IIand General Office II/ Ministry of DefenseIn this chapter, the author has outlined the formation and development process of General Department II, emphasizing the position, functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the General Department Office. The thesis also raisesformation processThe General Department's archives are currently managed by the General Department's Office at the archives and the task of organizing the General Department's archives more scientifically in the coming time is raised.

Chapter 2: Situation of organization and management of archival work at General Department II/Ministry of National Defense.In this chapter, based on theoretical research and practical survey, the thesis raises issues related to the organization and management of archival work at General Department II in general and the General Department Office in particular, the implementation of archival activities, archival staff and existing equipment.

In addition to the achievements and advantages, the thesis also points out the shortcomings that need to be addressed to make the archival work at General Department II meet the requirements in the coming period, serving the tasks of the General Department and the Ministry of National Defense in general.

Chapter 3: Solutions to improve the quality of organization and management of archival work of General Department II/Ministry of National Defense.In this chapter, the author presents necessary solutions that, in his opinion, if implemented, can make an important step forward in improving the archival work at General Department II. Among those solutions, the author especially emphasizes raising awareness of archival work in the new situation; building and consolidating the archival system of agencies and units under the General Department and issuing more complete directive documents.

Chapter 1 :Overview of the position, functions, tasks, rights and organizational structure of the General Department II and The General Office II/Ministry of Defense. In this chapter, the author outlines the process of formation and development of the General Department II, emphasizing position, functions, tasks, rights and organization of the General Office. This thesis also highlights theformationof the archives of the General under the management of General Office at the archives and raises duties to organize more scientifically over the General archives in the future.
            Chapter 2: The organization and management of archival work at General Department II / Ministry of Defense. In this chapter, on the basis of theoretical research and practical study, the thesis raises issues related to the organization and management of archival work at General Department II in general and the General Office in particular, the implementation of activities related to archive operations, personnel and equipments available.
In addition to the achievements and advantages, the thesis also highlights the remains need to be addressed to make archival work at General Department II meet the requirements of the next stage, serving General tasks and the Ministry of Defense in general.      
            Chapter 3 : Solutions to improve the quality of the organization, managing the archives of the General Department II / Ministry of Defense.In this chapter, the author presents the necessary solutions in accordance with his views, if they are carried out, they could make the archival work of the General Department II renovate an important step. In these solutions, the author especially emphasizes the awareness of archival work in the new situation; strengthen the construction of the archive system of agencies, units of General and issue better guidance written.
