10. Summary of thesis results:
The research results show who the female migrant workers are here, what their backgrounds were before coming to work in the industrial park. On the other hand, the research has shown the reality of the lives of female migrant workers in terms of life, spiritual culture and health care.
The female migrant workers here come from many different rural areas of the North and Central regions. Most of them are young and unmarried, their education level is quite low and most of them were unemployed before coming to work in the industrial zone.
Socio-demographic characteristics have affected their current work and life. Due to lack of education and low skills, female workers have to accept high-intensity work, while the salary received is very limited. Therefore, female migrant workers have a difficult life in terms of material things, while living expenses such as: accommodation, electricity, water, food, etc. are constantly increasing. Not only that, the job requirements of regularly working in shifts and overtime have made them have no time to participate in recreational activities, they mainly rest in their rooms after tiring working hours. In addition, the lack of attention from the company where they work has led to the poor cultural and spiritual life of the group of female migrant workers. Health care is also a problem that female migrant workers are facing. They do not have the opportunity to access medical services and their awareness is limited, so health care is not given much attention, especially reproductive health care.
Realizing that female migrant workers are facing many difficulties in life and with the time to conduct research, social workers have applied group social work to provide specific intervention activities to provide knowledge about contraception and safe abortion for female workers so that they can protect themselves from problems arising in life.
11. Practical application:
Based on the research results on the current life of female migrant workers, there are still many difficulties in terms of life, spirit and health care. As a social worker, the researcher applies group social work methods and proposes specific intervention activities to support, provide knowledge and skills on contraception and safe abortion for female migrant workers.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The results of the study have found who these immigrated female workers are and where they are since they have come to work in the industrial zone. Furthermore, the study has shown their actual life about the fields of culture, spirit and healthy care.
These immigrated female workers come from many different countryside of Northern and Middle areas. Most of them are young, don't marry and have low knowledge degree. They usually have had no job before they worked the industrial zone.
The features of social population have influenced their current job and life. Because of low knowledge degree and bad vocational skills, they have to work under pressure but receive low salary. Therefore, these immigrated female workers are difficult in the economy while the costs of living such as the price of lodging-houses, electricity, water and food…increase constantly. Moreover, because of the high job requirements such as working over time, they don't have enough time to join activities of entertainment. They mainly relax in their lodging-houses after working hard in business time. Additionally, the lack of care of their company has resulted in their poor life of culture and spirit. Healthy care is also a difficult problem to these immigrated female workers. They have no opportunity to reach healthy services. Because they lack of knowledge, the healthy care hasn't been considered much, especially the healthy reproductive care.
Finding that immigrated female workers have been met with many difficult problems in life, during the time of study, social officers have applied social group work to give interference in detail for providing knowledge of preventing pregnancy and aborting safely to the group of female works and so that they can protect themselves to difficult problems in life.
12. Practical applicability:
Based in the results of the study of the life of immigrated female workers who have met with many difficult problems about the fields of spirituality and healthy care, the researcher, as a social officer, has applied the methods of social group work and has given interference in detail for helping and providing the knowledge and skills to prevent pregnancy and aborting safely for the group of immigrated female workers.
