10. Summary of the thesis results:
Confucius's view of the political man is that of a gentleman, a social being, a class being, holding different positions within the social power structure; their activities are linked to the goal of gaining, maintaining, and exercising political power for a particular class or social force. Therefore, the political man in Confucius's thought is considered from the perspective of the subject of political power at three levels: "king," "subjects," and "people"; in which, the king, as the head of the political power structure, is the "political leader"; the subjects are the intermediary class in the relationship between the king and the people; and the people are the objects of governance; with the aim of building a stable, hierarchical, and humane system of governance.
This thesis systematically studies Confucius's thought on the political man – the gentleman; initially attempts to analyze and clarify the concept of the political man; and delves into the values of the political man in this thought with the aim of contributing to the development of the Vietnamese political man, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization. Through this, it shows that building and developing the political man for the new revolutionary cause and new demands is an essential and extremely important task, and a pressing need in Vietnam today.

The findings of this thesis will be a necessary addition to a more comprehensive study and evaluation of Confucius's thought.about political figuresand contribute positive aspects to the current reform process in Vietnam.
This thesis can serve as a reference for teaching, research, and studying Confucius's thought on the political man.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Confucius' thoughts about political people sample is a gentleman, human society, the caste people, have different positions in the power system of social organization; Their activities associated with the winning goal, hold and exercise power of a political class, a certain social forces. So, people in the political thought of Confucius are considered from the angle of political power subject to three levels: “King”, “servant” and “people”; in which the King as the head of the organizational system of political power, is “political leaders”; servant is in the intermediate class relations between King and people; people who are subject to the rule; whose aim is to build a stable rule, hierarchical order, meaningful humanity.
Thesis through systematic study of Confucian ideology on political man - a gentleman, initial analysis tries to clarify the concept of human politics; insight into the value of human politics in political ideology aims to contribute to building human Vietnam politics, to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country. This indicates, the construction and development of human beings for revolutionary political new careers, new requirements is an essential task and extremely important, and urgent in Vietnam today.
