10. Summary of the thesis results:

With the aim of applying the core competency framework in building recruitment standards at Vietnam Mechanical and Installation Joint Stock Company, and with the aim of proposing solutions to improve the process of building recruitment standards, this thesis has focused on several basic contents such as:

- Systematize the general theoretical foundations of competence, the core competency framework, and its application in developing recruitment standards, as well as the conditions for applying the core competency framework. From these general theories to their application and comparison in the current state of recruitment standard development at the company, identify strengths to be promoted, weaknesses to be identified, and their causes.

- Based on the application of the core competency framework in the development of recruitment standards at Vietnam Mechanical and Installation Joint Stock Company, this thesis has proposed several feasible solutions to improve the development of recruitment standards.

This thesis has synthesized and generalized the basic issues related to the application of core competency frameworks in developing recruitment standards. The results of this thesis contribute to helping Vietnam Mechanical and Installation Joint Stock Company improve its recruitment standard development.

11. Practical applications:

Based on surveys and research into fundamental issues related to core competency frameworks and recruitment standards, this study aims to apply this knowledge to practice, helping the Mechanical and Installation Joint Stock Company improve the effectiveness of its recruitment standards development and increase its competitiveness with other companies in the future.

With the goal of core competence framework application in building recruitment standards in Vietnam mechanical assembly join stock company, same goal giving the solutions aimed at improving the work of recruitment standards, theses have focused on some of the content such as:

- System the general basis of the capability, core competence framework and core competence framework application in construction employment standards, the conditions for the application of core competencies framework. From the General argument to the application, compared to the situation in the formulation of standards employed at the company. From which to draw was the need to promote, the weaknesses still exist, the cause of it.

- On the basis of core competence framework application in the formulation of standards employed in Viet Nam mechanical assembly join stock company, has proposed a number of feasible solutions in order to improve the work of recruitment standards.

The essay was generalized, generalized basic issues related to the application of core competence framework in recruitment standards. The result of the thesis contributes to help the company complete machine mechanical and construction recruitment standards.

On the basis of surveying and studying the basic issues related to the core competency framework and develop standards of recruitment. From then applied in practice in order to help Vietnam mechanical assembly join stock company enhance the effectiveness of recruitment standards development and increase competitiveness with other companies in the near future
