With the goal of applying the core competency framework in building recruitment standards at Vietnam Mechanical and Installation Joint Stock Company, and the goal of providing solutions to improve the work of building recruitment standards, the thesis focused on some basic contents such as:

- Systematize the general theoretical basis of competencies, core competency framework and application of core competency framework in the work of building recruitment standards, conditions for applying core competency framework. From general theories to application, comparison in the current situation of building recruitment standards at the Company. From there, draw out the strengths that need to be promoted, the existing weaknesses, and their causes.

- Based on the application of the core competency framework in the work of building recruitment standards at Vietnam Mechanical and Installation Joint Stock Company, the thesis has proposed a number of feasible solutions to improve the work of building recruitment standards.

The thesis has synthesized and generalized the basic issues related to the application of core competency framework in the development of recruitment standards. The results of the thesis contribute to helping Vietnam Mechanical and Installation Joint Stock Company complete the work of developing recruitment standards.

Based on the survey and research on basic issues related to the core competency framework and the development of recruitment standards. From there, apply them to practice to help the Mechanical and Installation Joint Stock Company improve the effectiveness of the development of recruitment standards and increase competitiveness with other companies in the near future.
