The thesis results consist of 3 chapters:

In conclusion: Reduplicated words are a very important part of vocabulary, accounting for a significant portion of the vocabulary in both Vietnamese and Chinese. Both languages ​​are non-inflectional languages, belonging to the isolating language type—isolated both phonetically and grammatically. However, reduplicated words in both languages ​​share many similarities.Although there are many differences, and many researchers have mentioned reduplication in Vietnamese and Chinese, the author's comparison of the similarities and differences in reduplication between these two languages ​​has not been extensive. The research results of this thesis will provide basic knowledge about reduplication for learners of these two languages, helping them to firmly grasp the knowledge and usage of reduplication, avoiding difficulties and related problems in the process of learning and using Vietnamese or Chinese.

The research findings of this thesis are highly practical and can be applied to the teaching and learning of foreign languages ​​such as Vietnamese and Chinese in general, and provide a foundation for research on reduplication in Vietnamese and Chinese in particular.

In addition, the thesis does not mention the usage of the Reduplicated word in Vietnamese and Chinese so that limitations are unavoidable.
