In this chapter, the author delves into the current situation, analyzing the successes and limitations, and the causes of these limitations, of organizational work in general, and office activities in particular, at the School for Training Financial Cadres. Some initial steps in standardizing office operations at the unit are also discussed.

- Chapter 3. The author proposes several basic solutions to standardize office operations at the School for Training Financial Cadres and studies the standardization of specific areas such as document management, archiving, planning, and conference organization…

11. Practical applications

The research findings of this thesis contribute to the synthesis and evaluation of the current state of office operations and potential solutions for future standardization at the School of Financial Cadre Training. The thesis results also serve as valuable reference material for training units under the Ministry of Finance and training schools and centers under other ministries and sectors.

Introducing some popular tools which are applied in organizations, standard work. At the same time, analyzing principles and meaning of standardization in office activities.

- Chapter two: The author researches real situation and analyzes the successes, limitations, and reasons which lead to limitations of organization in general and office activities at Institute of Financial Training in particular. Besides, the author presents some contents which are used to start doing standardize work at Insitute of Financial Training.

- Chapter three: The author proposes a number of basic solutions to standardize office activities at Institute of Financial Training, such as archives, planning and organizing conferences.

Research results of thesis contribute to summarize and evaluate the situation of office activities. Also, providing remedies for the standard time at Institute of Financial Training. Research results of the thesis are also valuable references for the system of schools under the Ministry of Finance and other schools.
