- Chapter 1. The author presents an overview of some theoretical contents related to the concept of office and standardization in office activities. Introduces popular tools being applied in organizing and standardizing office work. At the same time, analyzes the principles and significance of standardization in office activities.

- Chapter 2. In this chapter, the author delves into the current situation, analyzes the successes and limitations, and the causes of the limitations of organizational work in general and office activities in particular at the School of Financial Staff Training. Some contents in the initial steps of standardizing office activities at the current unit.

- Chapter 3. The author proposes some basic solutions to standardize office activities at the School of Financial Staff Training and researches the organization of standardization of some specific contents such as documents, archives, planning, conference organization, etc.

11. Practical application

The research results of the thesis contribute to the synthesis and assessment of the current state of office operations and solutions that can be applied in the implementation of standardization in the coming time at the School of Financial Staff Training. The results of the thesis are also valuable reference materials for the system of training units under the Ministry of Finance and the Schools and Training Centers under other Ministries and Branches.

- Chapter two: The author researches real situation and analyzes the successes, limitations, and reasons which lead to limitations of organization in general and office activities at Institute of Financial Training in particular. Besides, the author presents some contents which are used to start doing standardize work at Insitute of Financial Training.

- Chapter three: The author proposes a number of basic solutions to standardize office activities at Institute of Financial Training, such as archives, planning and organizing conferences.

Research results of thesis contribute to summarize and evaluate the situation of office activities. Also, providing remedies for the standard time at Institute of Financial Training. Research results of the thesis are also valuable references for the system of schools under the Ministry of Finance and other schools.
