This thesis delves into the current situation, advantages, and disadvantages of the "National Target Program for New Rural Development" dissemination process on VOV1, the Voice of Vietnam Radio. Based on this, it proposes solutions to innovate and improve the quality of dissemination of the National Target Program for New Rural Development on VOV1 in the future. To achieve this goal, the author highlights the role of the press in disseminating information about the National Target Program for New Rural Development. Simultaneously, the study examines the dissemination of the National Target Program for New Rural Development through programs broadcast on VOV1. Based on this, it proposes basic directions and key solutions to improve the quality of dissemination of the new rural development program on VOV1 in particular and radio programs in general.
This thesis focuses on studying the content and form of propaganda in broadcast programs promoting the National Target Program for Building New Rural Areas, through a survey of specific programs from January 2014 to the end of March 2014.

Practical applications: In practical terms, this topic will serve as a reference for journalists, press management agencies, and information officers, providing them with additional knowledge, a realistic perspective, and solutions to improve the quality of propaganda regarding the new rural development program in particular, as well as the Party and State's policies and guidelines in general, in the future.
13. Future research directions: Innovating radio programs to improve the quality of propaganda in the current period is essential and in line with the development trends of modern media. Summary of the findings of the thesis:My thesis deeply studies on current (situation), advantages and disadvantages of the process of propaganda “National target of building new rural areas program” on VOV1 channel of The Voice of Vietnam. Base on that, this paper proposes some new solutions in order to improve the quality of propaganda process “National target of building new rural areas program” on VOV1 in the future. To reach this target, the author has pointed out the role of journalism in propaganda process “National target of building new rural areas program”. Simultaneously, the author also researches the propagation process “National target of building new rural areas program” through broadcast on VOV1 system. On that foundation, the author proposed a fundamental orientation, slutions in order to improve the quality of propaganda on new rural programs of VOV1 system particularly and radio programs in general.
This thesis focuses on the content and form of propaganda process which broadcast the content of“National target of building new rural areas program”by examining the specific program, in the period of time from 1/2014 to the end of 3/2014.
