10. Summary of the thesis results:
- Firstly: Systematizing some basic theories on services, quality of tour guide services, and commentary and guidance services at tourist attractions.
- Secondly: Present the current state of tourism supply and demand and the results of tourism business in Da Lat.
This study reflects the current state of tourism at some major tourist attractions in Da Lat in terms of visitor numbers and revenue. It also reflects the current state of tour guiding and interpretation services at tourist attractions in Da Lat for domestic tourists.
This study analyzes the quality of tour guide services at tourist attractions in Da Lat based on assessments from domestic tourists and managers of these attractions. From this analysis, a general assessment of the quality of tour guide services at these tourist destinations in Da Lat is presented.
- Thirdly: Based on the orientation and objectives of tourism development in Da Lat, along with the requirement to improve the quality of tourism services in general and tour guide services at tourist attractions in Da Lat in particular, the thesis has proposed several solutions to improve the quality of tour guide services at tourist attractions in Da Lat for domestic tourists.
In addition, the thesis also makes recommendations to state management agencies to gradually improve the quality of tour guide services at tourist attractions in Da Lat, bringing greater benefits to customers, tourist attractions and society as a whole.
11. Practical Application: The research results provide a basis for evaluating the current state of tour guide and interpretation services at tourist attractions. Simultaneously, the proposed solutions offer suggestions to help tourist attractions in Da Lat better meet the needs of domestic tourists, attracting a large number of visitors and contributing to the development of tourism in Da Lat – Lam Dong in particular and Vietnam in general.
12. Future research directions: Further research could focus on solutions to attract and retain tourists; solutions to improve the effectiveness of attracting investment and developing sustainable tourism at tourist destinations.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis: The thesis clarifies three issues:
First: Systematizing some literature review in service, service quality of tour guide service in tourist attractions.
Second: Presenting the actual situation relating to demand and supply as well as business performance of tourist industry in Dalat
Reflexing the situation in some major tourist attractions in Dalat such as number of visitors or sales as well as tour guide service provided to domestic tourists
Analyzing the quality of tour guide service in tourist attractions via assessment of domestic tourists and tourism managers. Then, the author was able to make a general evaluation of tour guide service quality
Third: Based on the objective of developing tourist industry of Dalat City and the need for improving tourism service quality in general and tour guide service in particular, the author of this thesis suggested some recommendations in order to improve tour guide service provided to domestic tourists
Besides, the author also suggests some recommendations to authorities in order to improve tour guide service provided to domestic tourists and brings more benefits to customers
12. Practical applicability: Research results can be used as creteria to evaluate tour guide service provided to domestic tourists. Moreover, recommendations can be used as solutions for the development of Dalat tourism industry
