- By reconstructing that historical picture, the thesis has initially offered observations on the strengths and weaknesses in the process of the Party's leadership in building the security forces in North Vietnam from 1965 to 1975, and drawn some lessons learned for building the security forces in North Vietnam in particular and the People's Public Security forces in general.
