The thesis has clarified the theoretical basis of the process of coordinating the management of cultural services in general; clarified the current status of the process of coordinating the management of cultural services in Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city; pointed out the limitations in the process of implementing this process in the area; on that basis, the author boldly proposed a number of important solutions to improve the effectiveness of implementing the process of coordinating the management of cultural services in Ba Dinh district.
Based on the existing cultural service management coordination process, it is necessary to synchronously implement solutions to complete these processes. Some processes have been implemented well, with new elements added. Some processes have not responded well, have become outdated with the changes of today's society, and need to build new processes to replace them. When the management coordination process is supplemented and completed to meet the requirements of the new stage, the process of implementing cultural service management coordination in Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city will become more and more effective.

This thesis has clarified the rationale of the coordination process of cultural service management in general; clarify its situation in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi; pointed out the limitations in the implementation process; then, on this basis, the author suggests some important solutions to enhance the performance of coordination process of cultural service management in Ba Dinh district.
On the current basis of coordinated process of culture service management, to improve these processes, it is necessary to implement measures of synchronization. A number of processes have been done well along with the adding of new elements. For some processes which are not responsive, outdated compared to the changes of today's society, a new process needs to be built in order to replace the old one. As the collaboration process of management is completed according to the requirements of the new phase, coordination process of culture service management in the area of Ba Dinh District, Hanoi will be increasingly effective.
