This thesis clarifies the theoretical basis of the coordinated management process for cultural services in general; clarifies the current state of the coordinated management process for cultural services in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City; points out the limitations in the implementation of this process in the district; and based on that, the author boldly proposes several important solutions to improve the effectiveness of the coordinated management process for cultural services in Ba Dinh District.
Based on the existing coordinated management process for cultural services, it is necessary to implement comprehensive solutions to improve these processes. Some processes have been implemented effectively and have been supplemented with new elements. Some processes are not meeting the requirements and are outdated in light of current societal changes, requiring the development of new replacement processes. When the coordinated management process is supplemented and perfected to meet the requirements of the new phase, the implementation of coordinated management of cultural services in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City, will become increasingly effective.

This thesis has clarified the rationale of the coordination process of cultural service management in general; clarify its situation in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi; pointed out the limitations in the implementation process; then, on this basis, the author suggests some important solutions to enhance the performance of coordination process of cultural service management in Ba Dinh district.
On the current basis of coordinated process of culture service management, to improve these processes, it is necessary to implement measures of synchronization. A number of processes have been done well along with the adding of new elements. For some processes which are not responsive, outdated compared to the changes of today's society, a new process needs to be built in order to replace the old one. As the collaboration process of management is completed according to the requirements of the new phase, coordination process of culture service management in the area of Ba Dinh District, Hanoi will be increasingly effective.
