Therefore, the topic has yielded a novel result, contributing a small part to subsequent research and to journalism training in journalism schools.

- In practical terms:This research contributes to clarifying the current situation regarding the development of communication plans on social security in media agencies: the People's Police Newspaper (with its CAND Online version) and Security TV, and proposes solutions to help these media agencies become more professional in developing communication plans on social security.
