The thesis systematically presents the process of the Chiem Hoa District Party Committee (Tuyen Quang) applying the Party's viewpoints and guidelines to carry out the Party building task from 2000 to 2010.

Through the practice of the process of implementing the Party building task of the Chiem Hoa Party Committee (Tuyen Quang) in the years from 2000 to 2010, the thesis objectively assessed the achievements, limitations and initially drew some experiences for current service.
