This thesis systematically presents the process by which the Party Committee of Chiêm Hóa district (Tuyên Quang province) applied the Party's viewpoints and guidelines to carry out Party building tasks from 2000 to 2010.

Based on the practical experience of the Party building process of the Chiêm Hóa Party Committee (Tuyên Quang) from 2000 to 2010, this thesis objectively assesses the achievements and limitations and initially draws some lessons for the present.

The lessons learned from practical guidance provide suggestions to help improve the effectiveness of Party building tasks in Chiêm Hóa (Tuyên Quang) Party Committee in accordance with the Party's guidelines and policies.
