The thesis proposes a group of solutions aimed atContributing to the improvement of the financial settlement mechanism based on final research results for scientific research in the social sciences and humanities, specifically:
Solution 1:The final research results should be used as the fundamental criterion for establishing a financial settlement mechanism in science and technology activities in general, and in scientific research in the social sciences and humanities in particular.
Second solution: To achieve the desired quality of final research results,The government needs a mechanism to concentrate financial investment in basic research in social sciences and humanities at leading/key universities in order to continuously improve the quality of research results..
Third solution:Enhance coordination in management, supervision, and evaluation among science and technology management units regarding final research results to facilitate financial settlement in accordance with principles and achieve high efficiency..
