Finally, it will propose solutions to contribute to the improvement and development of information and library products and services at university libraries in Hanoi.

The research findings and solutions presented in this thesis can be used by university libraries in Hanoi to improve and develop their information and library products and services.

The thesis contributed to process of completing the basic theoretical issues of library-information products and services. Based on that basis, it is possible to conduct a survey and evaluate the current developments of the library-information products and services at universities in Hanoi. The thesis also proposed some solutions to develop the library-information products and services at the university libraries in Hanoi.

12. Practical applicability:

The findings and recommended solutions which are mentioned in the thesis could be applied by university libraries in Hanoi to improve and develop library-information products and services. This will contribute to improve performance efficiency of library activities to meet the increasing demand of information users.
