University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU

On the morning of December 5, 2023, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), a consultation conference was held for the digital capacity development program for students and lecturers sponsored by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

This is the content of the working session between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU (VNU-USSH) and representatives of Meta Communication Center on the afternoon of December 5, 2023.

On November 30, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) continued to organize a training program for the school's staff and lecturers on how to conduct research, write international publications and share experiences in scientific research.

On November 27, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU - USSH) had a working session and signed a cooperation agreement with Yunnan Agricultural University, China on student exchange, joint research and organizing seminars.

On the afternoon of November 27, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) signed a contract for the scientific and technological task "Compiling Nam Dinh Geographical Records" with the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province.

Responding to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on November 9, implementing the plan of the Youth Union and youth movement for the 2023-2024 school year, on November 11, 2023, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi successfully organized the contest: "Law on electronic identification and online public services".

On November 23, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) had a meeting and worked with the Innovation Academy - University College Dublin Ireland (UCD - IA) within the framework of the bilateral cooperation program between Vietnam and Ireland (VIBE) on training, innovation and entrepreneurship.

On November 22, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) had a meeting and worked with the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, China.

This morning, November 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, received and worked with representatives of Salento University, Italy.

Hanoi National University turns 65 this year. For me, this is a very meaningful event, because in 1983-1984, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work at this prestigious university with wonderful Vietnamese colleagues. I will always remember that I was not only a lecturer from Kazan University (Soviet Union) on secondment, but also a “family member”, a member of the Hanoi National University family.

High school students of VNU and specialized high school students nationwide starting from the second semester of grade 11 can register to study in advance some credits in the university training program of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU (VNU-USSH) if they meet the conditions.

Upon completion of the course, students will be issued a transcript of course grades. Students will be recognized (or transferred equivalent credits) for courses in the master's program if they meet the conditions.

This morning, November 20, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU solemnly held a meeting to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day with the participation of many generations of leaders, scientists, lecturers, staff of the school and partner units.

On the morning of November 16, 2023, at the campus of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH), the 0-dong Supermarket for the students of the University was organized by the Union in a very warm atmosphere. Attending the event were Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Principal of the University, Dr. Ngo Kieu Oanh, President of the University Union, along with teachers representing the leaders of the Union Executive Committee, departments, faculties/departments, and a large number of students.

On the morning of November 14, 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU - USSH) successfully organized the Scientific Workshop "Developing human resources on Social Work in care and rehabilitation for autistic children".
