10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

- Luận văn đã hệ thống hoá được cơ sở lý luận khoa học về phát triển du lịch văn hoá, đồng thời phân tích được các điều kiện phát triển du lịch văn hoá tỉnh Lai Châu, chỉ ra những bài học kinh nghiệm trong và ngoài nước trong việc phát triển du lịch văn hoá tỉnh Lai Châu.

- Luận văn đã đi sâu vào đánh giá thực trạng phát triển du lịch văn hoá tỉnh Lai Châu, tổng hợp từ các yếu tố chủ quan và khách quan có tác động đến sự phát triển du lịch văn hoá  tỉnh Lai Châu.

- Luận văn đã chỉ ra được các điểm mạnh, điểm yếu trong việc phát triển du lịch văn hoá tỉnh Lai Châu. Căn cứ vào tình hình thực tiễn và xu hướng phát triển du lịch văn hoá trong khu vực và trên thế giới, luận văn đã đề xuất 9 giải pháp góp phần đưa du lịch văn hoá trở thành sản phẩm du lịch mũi nhọn của tỉnh Lai Châu. Các giải pháp bao gồm: (1).Giải pháp phát triển cơ sở hạ tầng kỹ thuật, (2).Giải pháp phát triển nhân lực, (3).Giải pháp phát triển sản phẩm du lịch văn hóa đặc thù, (4).Xây dựng các tuyến điểm du lịch văn hóa tiêu biểu, (5).Giải pháp phát triển thị trường khách du lịch văn hóa, (6).Giải pháp tổ chức, quản lý hoạt động du lịch văn hóa, (7).Giải pháp xúc tiến, quảng bá sản phẩm du lịch văn hóa, (8).Giải pháp bảo tồn di sản văn hóa và tài nguyên du lịch văn hóa, (9).Giải pháp phát triển du lịch cộng đồng. .

Khả năng ứng dụng trong  thực tiễn: Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn sẽ là tư liệu cho các nghiên cứu  khoa học về du lịch văn hoá, là tài liệu tham khảo cho các cá nhân, tổ chức, doanh nghiệp quan tâm về phát triển du lịch văn hoá. Đối với ngành du lịch Lai Châu, luận văn là đòn bẩy trong việc thúc đẩy phát triển du lịch văn hoá tỉnh Lai Châu.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

- Thesis has been systematized scientific rationale for the development of cultural tourism, and analyze the conditions for the development of cultural tourism in Lai Chau province, pointing out the lessons at home and abroad in developing cultural tourism in Lai Chau.

- Thesis has been delved into the asessment of cultural tourism development in Lai Chau province, compiled from subjective factors and objective impact on the development of cultural tourism in Lai Chau province.

- Thesis points out the strengths and weeknesses in the development of cultural tourism in Lai Chau province. Based on the practical situation and development trend of cultural tourism in the region and around the world, the thesis proposed 9 solutions to contribute to cultural tourism become a key tourism products of Lai Chau province. The solutions include: (1) the solution of facilities for cultural tourism, (2)the solution for human resources development in cultural tourism, (3)the solution of developing specific cultural tourism product, (4)the solution of product development through cultural tourism specific, (5)the solution of developing cultural tourism routes typical, (6) the solution of organization and management of cultural tourism activities, (7) the solution for promotion, promotion of cultural tourism products , (8) the solution for conservation of cultural heritage and cultural tourism resources, (9) the solution of community based tourism development.

Practical applicability, if any: The results of the thesis research will be documented for scientific research on cultural tourism, to be the references for the organizations and businesses interested in developing cultural tourism. To the Lai Chau tourism, it is the dissertations leverage in promoting cultural tourism development .
