Thứ hai, đề xuất một số khuyến nghị, giải pháp nhằm nâng cao vai trò của đội ngũ trí thức, giảng viên Học viện Nông nghiệp Việt Nam trong quá trình đào tạo nguồn nhân lực đáp ứng yêu cầu của sự nghiệp CNH, HĐH nông nghiệp, nông thôn hiện nay.

Thứ ba, kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn có thể dùng làm tài liệu tham khảo cho việc xây dựng các phương hướng phát triển đội ngũ trí thức, giảng viên của Học viện Nông nghiệp Việt Nam hiện nay.

- Firstly, the thesis clarificates the theoretical concepts such as: intellectuals, lecturers, human resources and human resources in the agricultural sector, the role of intellectuals and lecturers in the process of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.

- Secondly,  the thesis proposes some recommendations, solutions to improve the role of the intelligentsia, lecturers of the Vietnam National University of Agriculture to meet the requirements of the process of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.

- Thirdly, the results of the thesis can be used as reference material to build the development trend of intelligentsia for Vietnam National University of Agriculture
