At the same time, supporting clients to regain interests related to art, thereby strengthening their self-image. Therapeutic goals including improving quality of life, reducing dependence on family, and building healthier beliefs also showed progress in the process of CBT therapy that incorporated these arts activities. Overall, the research results of the project suggest the potential for developing therapeutic models that integrate arts into psychological interventions.
