In this project, the author presents an overview of research on depressive disorders; and the relationship between depressive disorders and procrastination behavior. The results of the therapy show that the client has reduced the symptoms of depressive disorders, improved procrastination behavior. At the same time, the client is able to apply cognitive and behavioral techniques to manage stress, cope with relapses of depression, manage procrastination behavior, thereby increasing self-confidence, more confidence in life and work.
