10. Summary of thesis results:
Anxiety disorders are one of the common mental health problems today, manifested by symptoms of stress, fear, and excessive anxiety in situations and events that occur in life. Within the framework of this thesis, the author discussed issues related to anxiety disorders (definition, theoretical approach, diagnostic criteria, etc.), and applied the approach of cognitive-behavioral therapy on adolescent clients with symptoms of anxiety disorders. The research results showed that after applying cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, clients improved their physical symptoms through practicing relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring skills, and self-talk skills. At the same time, clients reduced their avoidance behaviors, improved their communication skills, and controlled their feelings of anxiety and anger in some situations.
11. Practical application:
From the results obtained through the process of theoretical and practical research in clinical intervention, the thesis has demonstrated the improvement of anxiety symptoms in adolescent clients after applying cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, thereby deeply consolidating the role and effectiveness of psychotherapy in general and cognitive-behavioral therapy in particular for mental health problems.

Anxiety disorders are one of the most common mental health issues today, characterized by symptoms such as stress, fear, and excessive worry about situations or events that occur in life. In this thesis, the author discusses various aspects of anxiety disorders (definitions, theoretical approaches, diagnostic criteria, etc.), while also applying the cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT) approach to adolescent clients exhibiting symptoms of anxiety disorder. The research results indicate that after applying CBT techniques, the client showed improvement in physical symptoms through practicing relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, and self-talk skills. Additionally, the client reduced avoidant communication behaviors, enhanced communication skills, and improved control over feelings of anxiety and anger in certain situations.
