10. Summary of the thesis results:
The first chapter of the thesis focuses on synthesizing and evaluating the concepts of tourism and weekend tourism; the characteristics and role of weekend tourism, as well as analyzing the research content on the development of weekend tourism at a tourist destination. The theoretical system on tourism and weekend tourism has been synthesized, inherited, and supplemented based on previous studies, and the issues in the thesis are always considered in the context before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the theoretical basis for the development of weekend tourism at a tourist destination is up-to-date and relevant to the movement and development of the tourism industry. Through field surveys/research, data collection and synthesis, in-depth interviews, surveys, and questionnaire surveys, Chapter 2 of the thesis summarizes the formation and development process of the Ecopark urban area, including the formation and development of infrastructure and tourism resources, and analyzes the transportation system to the urban area. From there, the author analyzes the current state of weekend tourism development in Ecopark urban area in two aspects: (1) The current state of weekend tourism supply development in Ecopark urban area and (2) The current state of weekend tourism demand increase. The research results show that the attractiveness of weekend tourist destinations in Ecopark urban area; infrastructure and technical facilities of weekend tourist destinations in Ecopark urban area; and cost factors of weekend tourist destinations in Ecopark urban area are all rated by customers at an average of 4 points (on a 5-point scale). This shows that the attractiveness of weekend tourist destinations in Ecopark urban area has been known and used by many customers. Based on the data and figures collected during the research and practical survey, and in accordance with the content of the province's tourism development plans, the thesis has developed orientations and proposed some recommendations for developing weekend tourism activities in Ecopark, Hung Yen province in the final chapter.
11. Practical applications: Some of the content may be useful for Hung Yen province in researching and developing local tourism, as well as providing additional reference materials for the development of weekend tourism for the investor of the Ecopark urban area in Hung Yen province.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The first chapter of the thesis focuses on synthesizing and evaluating the concepts of tourism and weekend tourism; characteristics, the role of weekend tourism as well as content analysis of weekend tourism development research in a tourist destination. The theoretical system of tourism and weekend tourism has been synthesized, inherited, and supplemented based on previous studies, and the issues in the thesis are always considered, placed in the previous circumstances and during the Covid pandemic. Therefore, the theoretical basis for the development of weekend tourism in a tourist destination is up-to-date, in line with the movement and development of the tourism industry.
By the method of actual survey/field study, collection, and synthesis of documents, in-depth interviews, independent surveys, surveys by questionnaires, just to indicate a few, the second chapter outlines the process of formation and development of Ecopark urban area with the formation and development of infrastructure, tourism resources here, and analysis of the transportation system to access the urban area. From there, the author analyzes the current situation of weekend tourism development in Ecopark urban area in two aspects: (1) The situation of the development of weekend tourism supply of Ecopark urban area and (2) The situation of increasing tourism demand weekend schedule. Research indicates the attractiveness of weekend tourist destinations in Ecopark urban area; infrastructure, material, and technical facilities of weekend tourist spots in Ecopark urban area; The cost factors of the weekend tourist destination in Ecopark urban area are rated by customers on average at 4 points (out of a 5-point scale). This shows that the weekend attraction in Ecopark urban is familiar and used by many customers.
Based on data and data collected in the process of research, practical survey, and based on the content of tourism development plannings and plans of the province, the thesis has built orientations and proposed some recommendations to develop weekend tourism activities in Ecopark, Hung Yen province in the last chapter.
12. Practical applicability, if any: Some content can be useful for Hung Yen province in researching and developing tourism in the locality as well as providing more references for the weekend tourism development for the investor of Ecopark urban area, Hung Yen province.
