11. Summary of the thesis results:
The main objective of this thesis is to integrate the benefits of QR code technology into library operations so that readers can access all library services quickly and conveniently. The research question is: QR code technology is very useful and has been successfully implemented by many university libraries worldwide. Why haven't many university libraries in Vietnam adopted it in practice? What are the reasons for this and what are the solutions?
To solve the research problem, the author posed the following two research questions: (1) What is the current status of QR code technology application at Thang Long University Library?, (2) What factors affect the ability to apply QR code technology to Thang Long University Library?. To answer this question, the author used research methods such as: document collection, analysis, and synthesis; survey method using questionnaires; interview method; and finally, correlation analysis method.
The main results of this thesis include: Systematizing the theory and practice of QR code application in libraries; surveying and evaluating the current state of library services at Thang Long University Library before and after the implementation of QR codes; identifying the main factors affecting the application of QR codes in libraries; and proposing solutions to improve the application of QR codes at Thang Long University Library.

The goal of the thesis is to bring the benefits of QR code technology into library operations so that readers can access all library services in a quick and convenient way. The research problem is that QR code technology is very convenient, and it has been applied by many university libraries around the world and has it also brought high efficiency so, why are there not many university libraries in Vietnam applied in practice and what is the cause of the problem as well as the solution?
To solve the research problem, the author has given the following two questions are mentioned (1) What is the current statuation of application of QR code technology in the Library of Thang Long University?, (2) What factors affect the ability to apply QR code technology to Thang Long University Library?.
