Firstly, this study analyzes and clarifies the socio-economic and scientific conditions, as well as the ideological foundations for the concept of human rights in modern Western European philosophy.
Secondly, present and analyze the basic content of the concept of human rights in modern Western European philosophy, such as: the right to life, the right to liberty and equality, the right to private property, etc.
Third, analyze the mechanisms for guaranteeing human rights in modern Western European philosophy.
Fourth, assess the value, limitations, and some suggestions of the aforementioned concept of human rights in relation to the implementation of human rights in Vietnam today.
