Research and practice results show that young people with symptoms of depression need to be assessed and intervened promptly. During the process, clinical cases were practiced to support assessment and intervention with many positive changes. The client's depressive symptoms decreased, he currently no longer self-harms, his functional activities improved, and his relationship issues also developed more positively.
