- In terms of theory:This thesis is a systematic study of Vietnamese legal regulations concerning the organization and management of the issuance of archival practice certificates in Vietnam. From this, it analyzes and evaluates the advantages and difficulties encountered in practice. The recommendations of this thesis are hoped to yield practical results for improving legal regulations in this field in Vietnam and enhancing their feasibility in practice.

- In practice:The research findings contribute to the application of legal documents to the practical work of archiving, improving the efficiency of issuing and managing archiving practice certificates in the future, in line with the diversification of archiving activities and ensuring uniformity and close coordination between the central and local levels.

To disseminate knowledge of the Archives Law regarding the policy of socialization in archival work. To affirm the correctness of the State's development of archival law with content shifting towards a market mechanism, in line with the laws of social development.

On theory: This thesis is the systematic research of the provisions of the law of Vietnam on the organization and management of the grant practicing certificates ofarchive in Vietnam. Since then, to analyze and assess the advantages and difficulties in practice. The recommendations of the research will hopefully bring practical results for the improvement of legislation in this field in Vietnam as well as enhance the considerations in practice.

On practices: Results of the research contributes to the application of the legislation on the actual archival work, improve the efficiency of the organization, manage the grant practicing certificates ofpharmacyin the future to diversify the type of archival operations to ensure consistency with the close combination between the central and local government. The thesis will propagate and disseminate knowledge about the policy Law Archive socialization in the archive. It confirms the correctness of our nation legislative contentpharmacyredirection according to the market mechanism, in accordance with the laws of social development.
