- About Theory:The thesis is a systematic study of the provisions of Vietnamese law on the organization and management of the issuance of Certificates of Practice of Archiving in Vietnam. From there, analyze and evaluate the advantages and difficulties in practice. The recommendations of the topic are expected to bring practical results for the completion of legal provisions in this field in Vietnam as well as improve feasibility in practice.
- In practice:The research results of the topic contribute to the application of legal documents into the practice of archival work, improving the effectiveness of granting and managing Archival Practice Certificates in the future in the direction of diversifying types of archival activities, ensuring unity with close links between the central and local levels.
Disseminate and popularize knowledge of the Law on Archives on the policy of socialization in archival work. Affirm the correctness of our State in building laws on archives with content shifting towards market mechanisms, in accordance with the laws of social development.

On theory: This thesis is the systematic research of the provisions of the law of Vietnam on the organization and management of the grant practicing certificates ofarchive in Vietnam. Since then, to analyze and assess the advantages and difficulties in practice. The recommendations of the research will hopefully bring practical results for the improvement of legislation in this field in Vietnam as well as enhance the considerations in practice.
On practices: Results of the research contributes to the application of the legislation on the actual archival work, improve the efficiency of the organization, manage the grant practicing certificates ofarchivein the future to diversify the type of archival operations to ensure consistency with the close combination between the central and local government.
