10. Summary of thesis results:
The topic "The role of clans in implementing the criteria group "culture - society - environment" in building new rural areas in Thien Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province at present" was conducted with the aim of clarifying the specific contributions of clans to the implementation of education, culture, health and environment in building new rural areas. Identify the advantages, difficulties and factors affecting the implementation of the role of clans; from there, there are immediate, medium and long-term solutions, specific recommendations for the government and the clan itself to promote the role of clans.
Research shows that the clan has been making great contributions to the implementation of education, health, culture and environment in the new rural areas in particular and the life of the village community in general. In particular, the clan has achieved the most achievements in implementing the educational criteria - this is consistent with the priority arrangement of clan activities in the "culture - society - environment" criteria group. In particular, Thien Loc commune is the only unit in the whole Can Loc district that has had effective movements and models to promote and link the strength of the clan in the common activities of the village. This is the "bright spot" that authorities at all levels need to pay attention to and other localities need to learn from to promote the internal strength of the people and the strength of the clan in building the new rural areas.
The perception of the clan's contribution to the new rural area is different among the surveyed subjects. In the groupselderly, family groups of 3 generations or more and the group of people who take up the positionsIn the family, people tend to value the role of the family more.Young groups, households of 2 generations or less and groups of people who are members of the same clan.
Factors such as government attention, local cultural concepts, educational level, social status, prestige of the patriarch, historical tradition, people's awareness... all have a comprehensive impact on the implementation of the role and enhancement of the position of the clan. In particular, the factor of economic conditions of households in the clan is an important factor affecting the promotion of the role of the clan in the research area.
The recommendations that the study puts forward are both theoretical and practical in order to promote the role of clans in building new rural areas in particular and village community life in general. In particular, it suggests a new approach and a new specialized research direction for the topic of Rural Sociology.
11. Practical application:The study contributes to generalizing specific models and new movements of the government and clans of Thien Loc commune that have been and are being implemented to promote the strength of the clans. This is a lesson that can be applied to other localities in the same socio-economic conditions to effectively implement the criteria for building new rural areas in our country.
12. Further research directions:
Based on the results obtained from this topic, I plan to conduct further research as follows:
Repeated research in the same area to learn more about the development trends of the role of clans in the conditions of socio-economic change.
Comparative research in different locations to examine the similarities and differences in the role of clans in new rural construction in particular and village life in general under the influence of different regional cultures.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis
The thesis “The role of family in the implementation of "culture - society - environment" criteria in new rural construction in Thien Loc Commune, Can Loc District, Ha Tinh Province in present” was conducted with the aim to clarify specific contributions of the family to the implementation of educational and cultural activities, and environment of the new rural. It is to identify advantages, disadvantages and factors affecting the process of implementing the role of the family; from which immediate, medium-term and long-term solutions, specific recommendations for governments and families themselves to promote the role of families are suggested.
The research shows that the family has had great contribution towards the implementation of education, health, culture and new rural environment in particular and life in the village community in general. Moreover, the family has gained a lot of fruit in the implementation of educational criteria. This is proper in accordance with the priority order of families' activities in the criteria group "culture - society - environment ". In particular, Thien Loc commune is the only unit in Can Loc district to be having and have had movements, efficient models to promote the connection of families in general activities of the village. This is a "bright spot" that governments of all levels should be interested in and other localities to promote internal forces from the people, the strength of families in building a new rural.
The contributions of families to the new rural differences among evaluated subjects have been remarked. In theelderly groups, groups of 3 or more generations and groups who assume important positionsin the family tend to appreciate the role of the family thanyounger groups, groups of 2 or less generations and groups of members of the family.
Factors such as the concern from the government, local cultural attitudes to education levels, social status and prestige of chiefs, traditional history, and people's awareness... have a general impact on the performance of the role and empowerment of the family. In particular, the economic conditions of the households in the family are an important factor affecting the promotion of the role of families in the research area.
The suggestions that the research has proposed are both theoretical and practical for the promotion of the role of the family in building new rural areas in particular and life in the village community in general. Especially, factors suggest a new approach, a new direction for specialized research topics of Rural Sociology.
12.Practical applicability:The study helps make contributions to the specific model, the new movement of the government and families of Thien Loc Commune which has been developed to promote the strength of the families. These are lessons that can be applied to other localities of the same economic-social conditions to efficiently implement criteria for new rural construction in our country.
13. Further research directions:
Based on the results from the subject, I expect new approaches for further researches such as:
Repeat studies in the same area to learn more about the growing trend of the family role in the economic social conditions change.
Comparative study of the different areas to consider similarities and differences in the role of families on new rural construction in particular and the village life in general under the influence of different cultural regions.
