11. Summary of the thesis results:

This thesis systematically presents the process by which the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee applied the Party's viewpoints and guidelines to build the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union from 1997 to 2010.

This thesis provides a general assessment of the achievements and limitations in the leadership of the Youth Union. From this, it draws lessons to strengthen the leadership of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee in the development of the Youth Union.

12. Practical applications:

The guiding principles and measures/solutions set forth by the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee to implement the task of building the Youth Union from 1997 to 2010 have made an important contribution to providing theoretical and practical documents in organizing and directing the work of building the Youth Union and the youth movement in Hung Yen province.

Furthermore, the research presented in this thesis provides knowledge and reference material to assist the Party and Youth Union leaders of Hung Yen province in studying and orienting the development of the Youth Union in the coming years.
