11. Summary of the thesis results:
This thesis summarizes the leadership guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the implementation process by the Party Committee of Ha Nam province regarding the issue of employment for rural women in the province from 1997 to 2013.
Through the practical experience of addressing employment issues for rural women in Ha Nam, this thesis objectively assesses the achievements and limitations, and initially draws some lessons for the present.
12. Practical applications:
The lessons learned from practical guidance provide suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee's leadership in addressing employment issues for rural women. Furthermore, this thesis can serve as a reference for students majoring in Party History and as a resource for research and dissemination of information about the history of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee during the đổi mới (renovation) period.
13. Future research directions:
This study continues to delve deeper into the process by which the Party Committee of Ha Nam province has led the effort to address employment issues for rural women from 1997 to the present.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
This thesis presents a summary of the leadership of Vietnam's Communist Party and the implementation process of Ha Nam Provincial Leaders solving the matter of women employment in rural areas from 1997 to 2013. Through the practice of solving the matter of women employment in rural areas in Ha Nam province, the thesis paper gained an objective assessment of achievements, limitations and points out some experiences.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
From the achieved experiences, Ha Nam Provincial Leaders improved their leadership efficiency in making the best solutions for female laborers in the area. Besides, the paper could be used as a reference for students who specialize in studying History of the Communist Party subject and dissemination of the history of Ha Nam Provincial Party in the reform era.

Further studies will continuously be done in order to ensure confirmability and generalization of solving matter of women enployment in rural areas from 1997 to present.
