11. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis briefly presents the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the implementation process of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee on the issue of job creation for female workers in rural areas in the province from 1997 to 2013.
Through the practice of job creation for rural female workers in Ha Nam, the thesis objectively assessed the achievements, limitations and initially drew some current service experiences.
12. Practical application:
The experiences drawn from the practical guidance process are suggestions to contribute to improving the leadership effectiveness of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee in solving employment for female workers in rural areas. In addition, the thesis can be used as a reference for studying the Party History subject for students majoring in Party History and can be used as a reference for research and propaganda on the history of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee in the renovation period.

Continue to study in depth the process of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee leading the job creation process for female workers in rural areas from 1997 to present.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
This thesis presents a summary of the leadership of Vietnam's Communist Party and the implementation process of Ha Nam Provincial Leaders solving the matter of women employment in rural areas from 1997 to 2013. Through the practice of solving the matter of women employment in rural areas in Ha Nam province, the thesis paper gained an objective assessment of achievements, limitations and points out some experiences.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
From the achieved experiences, Ha Nam Provincial Leaders improved their leadership efficiency in making the best solutions for female laborers in the area. Besides, the paper could be used as a reference for students who specialize in studying History of the Communist Party subject and dissemination of the history of Ha Nam Provincial Party in the reform era.

Further studies will continuously be done in order to ensure confirmability and generalization of solving matter of women enployment in rural areas from 1997 to present.
